At Sofia Refrigeration, we have been providing high-quality & professional kitchen equipment in Dubai & all other emirates in the U.A.E. for over four decades. We have established a reputable position as a leading kitchen equipment supplier & stainless steel fabricator within the hospitality and food industries within the U.A.E. & Gulf region.
All our customers will have a designated account manager that will lead our designers in designing various kitchen flows depending on different kitchen concepts, cuisines & capacities . Our guidance in design alongside selection of the commercial kitchen equipment will help create the most ideal kitchen space. After the project has been awarded, we will assign a designated project manager to overlook the site coordination & lead on kitchen equipment positioning & stainless steel fabrication. When the project has been handed over to you, our in-house designated kitchen equipment maintenance team will attend to kitchen equipment requirements.

Our Services
Planning, Design & Equipment
The planning phase is critical in determining a project's ultimate success. Regardless of size, the design of every commercial kitchen must achieve a balanced workspace, ensuring maximum efficiency and safety while minimizing waste of labor, energy, and materials. Our experienced designers will walk you through the planning process and ensure that the design and equipment selection results in an efficient workspace that is also the most cost-effective solution.
Import, Manufacture, Delivery & Installation
After the plan is finalized, we will begin sourcing all food service equipment and supplies from local or international suppliers as needed. Once all kitchen equipment has been arranged and delivered, our highly skilled technicians and engineers will handle the installation. When all kitchen equipment is operational and your kitchen is ready to use, the installation process is complete.
After Sales Service & Maintenance
Sofia Refrigeration periodically makes onsite visits to gain customer feedback and confirm all equipment is functioning. We offer short and long-term maintenance contracts to ensure the longevity of your new professional equipment and will adjust as needed – this could include acquiring additional cooking equipment as the kitchen becomes bigger or attending to general wear and tear issues. Our contracts vary and can include weekly monthly, quarterly, or on-call check-ups.
